In 2020, Dunkin’ was purchased by Inspire Brands Inc for $11.3 billion. Inspire Brands Inc incorporates 32,000 restaurants in the United States and 60 different countries, represented by Arby’s, Dunkin’, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Jimmy John’s, Rusty Taco, and SONIC brands.
In October 2014, an agreement for the development of the American restaurant chain Dunkin’ in Georgia was signed. Dunkin’ is an international brand whose values are fully aligned with those of the Wissol Group.
