Tbilisi Medithek is an institution that provides access to a rich library, a cozy working and learning environment, and implements educational and cognitive projects for all users.

The organization offers readers (users) the following services: Tbilisi Mediatheks offers access to stationary computers, a common workspace, and an extensive library collection of books in both Georgian and foreign languages. It is possible to take out the books (for a period of ten days) or use them on the spot.

Mediatheks have separate spaces designed for children where they can read, attend special projects, have fun and socialize with other kids.

One-month subscription is 20 GEL. Schoolchildren, students, and people with special needs are eligible for a 5-GEL discount. A single pass can be purchased as well.
